A dog named Ranger is already two years old,and iy’s a German Shepherd.He lives in Phoenix (Arizona) with his mistress Shelby.When Ranger was still a puppy,his family noticed that he was smaller than the required size.The hostess was sure that it was all the fault of the parasites that the dog sffered from.
The veterinarian,to whom the girl brought the dog,solved the «riddle» very quickly.He came tp the conclusion that Ranger was born with a serious illness — dwarfism.And the doctor was right — the shepherd really has problems with growth hormone.
The veterinarian discovered that the pet had developed hypothyroidism.Shelby began to treat the poor Ranger.Some time passed and the dog got better.It became clear that the thyroid gland was brought under control!
The hostess accepted the fact that it would remain small forever and stopped worrying about it.After all,it’s still the same nice pet Shelby loved with all her heart.
