The story quickly became popular throughout the Ulyanovsk region.Minister of Nature Gulnara Rakhmatulina offered to take the cat directly to the department.
Of course,the unfortunate cat was shown to the veterinarian.After the examination,the docotr said that the poor guy used to be at home,and after all the experience he was quite healthy.
The only problem is finding a nickname for an animal!All concerned residents of Russia were invited to participate in a competition to choose a name for the saved lucky one.
